After having studied the existing evaluation system, we discuss our findings with the company to select evaluation benchmarks that meet its requirements. Then we implement and monitor the evaluation system. We also help the company establish human resource development priorities and help develop its continuing education policy.

Cible HR Employment is a department of Cible HR whose mission is to meet the temporary personnel requirements of companies that do not want to increase their staffing ratios with satellite staff (with no direct link to the corporative objective).
